SACE Registration & Police Clearance Package

Before starting a teaching role, all educators must register with SACE and we’re here to make it simple.

Eligibility

We can support you if you:

• Have completed a BEd, PGCE, or ECD Level 5 qualification
• Have a Grade R Diploma
• Hold a Performing Arts qualification (BMus)
• Are currently studying towards a BEd or PGCE qualifications
• Are a South African Citizen (please note, unfortunately we cannot assist non-SA citizens due to challenges at SACE offices)

Police Clearance (48-hour turnaround):
Police clearance is required for SACE registration and should be renewed annually. We offer:

Additional SACE registration fees: R200 (SA citizens) / R400 (non-SA citizens).
