Neurodiversity & Equality (Bundle)

Overview

This equality and diversity e-learning course helps explain the protections for people under the law, but further than this, it sets out why it is important that everyone is included, how we should respond to specific situations and the benefits of a diverse workforce. The aim is to help develop a culture of diversity where everyone is respected, supported and treated equally.

This course also tackles a gap in diversity and inclusion initiatives by focusing on neurodiversity in the workplace. It equips learners to understand and value neurodivergent colleagues, individuals with variations in brain function such as ADHD or dyslexia.

By exploring key concepts, common neurotypes, and the business benefits of a neurodiverse workforce, participants gain practical strategies. The course also dismantles common myths and helps develop inclusive language. Ultimately, learners will discover how to create a welcoming work environment that fosters collaboration, engagement, and business success for everyone.
